        Netion Long Life Lead Acid Maintenance-free Batteries and Lead Acid Maintenance-free Batteries maintain airtight and liquid tight conditions during normal use. When the internal air pressure exceeds the predetermined value, the safety valve automatically opens to release gas. When the internal air pressure decreases, the safety valve automatically closes to seal it, preventing external gas from entering the battery. During the normal service life of the battery, there is no need to add electrolyte under normal usage conditions.         product Structure
        Positive electrode plate: It is an electrode plate with a high tin lead calcium grid with porous lead dioxide as the active material
        Negative electrode plate: It is an electrode plate with a lead calcium grid with sponge like lead as the active substance
        Electrolyte: refers to the dilute sulfuric acid that participates in electrochemical reactions and transmits conductive ions during the charging and discharging process of a battery
        Partition: It serves to retain the electrolyte in the battery, isolate the positive and negative electrodes, and prevent short circuits. It adopts a non-woven structure of benign glass fiber cotton. This material has stable chemical properties in dilute sulfuric acid electrolyte and has the characteristics of high porosity, small pore size, and low resistance.
        Safety valve: It is a one-way valve made of rubber material. When the battery is overcharged due to incorrect charging, charger failure, or other abnormal phenomena, and a large amount of gas is generated, the exhaust valve will open to exhaust the excess gas in the battery and maintain the pressure within the specified range (5-45kPa). During normal use of the battery, the exhaust valve will close to prevent external air from entering and prevent oxygen in the air from reacting with the negative electrode active substance
        Positive and negative terminal: According to different types of batteries, the positive and negative terminal can have short protruding tip type, latch type, screw type, or lead type, etc. The sealing of the terminal is achieved by a channel structure that can protect the adhesive and epoxy gas adhesive.
